Saturday 12th June we will be having a working bee to tidy up the entrance to Normandale.
Where: the path above the carpark just over the Normandale bridge.
Our first activity will be weeding the areas we intend to plant/mulch later in the month. Pop in and join us -even half an hour would be really helpful. Please bring weeding equipment and kneelers if you would like one. Water and snacks will be available for helpers.
We aim to remove as many weeds as possible, and plan the plants we want to grow.

Thursday 17th June is the Residents Association AGM. Held in St. Aidan’s church at 7:30pm. The meeting is a great opportunity to hear about the Association’s activities for the past year, vote in new NRA committee members and enjoy a catch up over refreshments.
Emergency Management Advisor Kane McCollum from WREMO will be the guest speaker, who will talk about emergency preparedness here in Normandale.
Following this, we’ll have supper and get to know each other better.

Saturday 26th June is our planting day.
We’ll use this time to plant out the area we weeded the previous fortnight. Please bring your own spade or shovel. We’ll provide the plants.
We’ll also bring some drinking water and snacks for helpers.
